Underman says, if someone takes the time and trouble to write, the least he can do is reply. Unfortunately, the increasing encroachment of Forces from the Dark Side (mostly Work) means his time in this way is limited, and he may not always be able to meet his goal of 100% Pure Response.

Most of what you can read in the Viewpoints pages started life as email notes. Yours may suffer a similar fate, unless you indicate a preference for your words to be kept private.
